Request for Military Honors for a Deceased Veteran
For either a grave-side or memorial service, all required information must be submitted by completing the document in the link below and emailing to rrvhg-svc@googlegroups.com for a funeral honors team to be reserved.

Please complete and submit the appropriate request (either Funeral Home or Family Member form).

If a properly submitted request is not acknowledged by a return email within 24 hours, please resubmit the request as a high priority message or call 571-319-2489.
